The Document Library houses specialized resources and comprehensive tools which are readily available for download to assist practioners in their efforts to develop and support effective educators. NIET publications like the TAP Implementation Manual, TAP Evaluation and Compensation (TEC) Guide, Career Teacher Handbook, and TAP Leadership Handbook are accessible for reference or download.
